What are you all going as??? What are you looking forward to do there???

So due to behavior in past meetups and how special Balboa Park actually is, there will be a rule added to this event:

DO NOT bring food that you will be tempted to throw at others, (Marshmellows, candy, quesadillas) I don’t care what it is, just don’t throw it.

Anyone caught throwing food or littering on purpose will be asked to pick up the crap as a first offense.

Continued breaking of this rule can lead to temp or full bans when meetups are at historical, state, or national parks. ETC.

Respect the places we go to, so we can continue to go to them.

Chera:  The post for the Formalstuck gathering had a typo.  The gathering is on Saturday, June 9th.  The post has been fixed.

Time: 1pm-9pm

Location: Balboa Park, san diego - Organ Pavillion

• This is going to be a formal event/prom styled meet up. However, bringing a date or even dressing up is completely OPTIONAL.
  
  Please do not feel out of place if you don’t fully dress up, not everyone likes to dress formally just like not everyone likes to fully cosplay. You are still welcome to come in a kid/troll shirt and call it a day. No one will judge you.
  
  However, its about time we have something a bit more formal, don’t you think? :D
  
  Further details:
  GAMES:
  -formal oriented, such as: dancing, best dressed, king/queen vote, etc. These are NOT for sure, will be discussing with admins later on it.
  -This list will be updated with the games later
  
  CONTESTS: 
  - Best NO BAKE dessert. Scoring based on: Texture, taste, presentation.
  - Best Logo design for SDstuck. (bring in something, it will be voted on)
  -this list subject to change
  
  The food pool for the last meet up went REALLY well, so we’re going to try and make this event an actual potluck. There will be a list soon of what people should or could bring so that we can pig out and share the weight of food. It WILL be something we might enforce, though if you’re short on cash it might be something as simple as a pack of napkins.
  
  Anyway, just setting up this event, a lot of it still needs planning. Hope most of you can make it!
